Architecture allowed me to channel my love of drawing into a career in which I'm passionate about. While finishing my Master degree in Architecture at the University of Lincoln, England, I was uncovering an identity within my drawing style, stemming from a place of inquisitive exploration, extracting my thoughts and putting it on paper. I've come to find that it's a common trait amongst the architecture profession to compare ourselves with our Idols, wondering where we fit into the mix.Now that I'm working within the profession I'm continuing to develop my drawing ability, but directed towards presentation and concept drawing. Since then, I've really come to appreciate that combining digital hand drawing, 3D modelling and construction knowledge can result in unique designs as well a strong sense of pride in your work.
