I was a trainee in Israel for almost 1 year and I am exposed with modern agricultural practices and techniques that molded my skill and agricultural expertise on my field of specialization.while having a training in israel I was working as a mushroom grower and picker at the same year ..I was then became a supervisor of Universal Leaf Philippines Inc. a tobacco company and my role is to supervised and monitor crop stages seedling preparation to curing stages of the crop, I was akso responsible in recruitment and training growers, conduct field trials, identifying pest and diseases and their corresponding action plans. I am also responsible for imposing international standards for the Package of Technology and health and welfare of the growers.
