P&L responsibility for five multi-state fabrication plants, twenty-two distribution centers, samples operations and fulfillment, quartz mine operations, crushing operations, production and demand planning, inbound/outbound logistics and company wide inventory management. Responsibilities include all operational functions of the above businesses, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, labor cost control, employee recruitment, retention and development programs, strategy development to meet defined delivery dates to enhance company value proposition, establishing division goals/metrics and monthly communication of results to senior leadership and ownership. Achieved the highest levels of production efficiency, labor rates, product quality, on time delivery, safety compliance, employee and customer satisfaction and profitability in company history. Strategically led all locations in meeting company goals through the creation of defined metrics. Developed and evolved all core aspects of a young business to assist in driving record levels of achievement and profitability. Traveled to all locations on a regular basis.

Responsible to COO for 7 regions, 35 field employees, 2 home office employees, 28 states and 450 locations with annual revenues of $160 million. Accountable for sales performance, profit expansion, budgeting functions, cost containment, design and implementation of marketing programs, relationship management, brand integration of newly acquired business units, inventory control, human resources, policy compliance, compensation plans, facilities management, real estate site selection and the hiring, training, development and leadership of the management team.

Responsible to COO for 4 regions, 20 field employees, 2 home office employees, 21 states and 250 locations with annual revenues of $75 million. Accountable for sales performance, profit expansion, budgeting functions, cost containment, design and implementation of marketing programs, brand integration of newly acquired business units, inventory control, human resources, compliance with corporate policies, facilities management and the hiring, training, development and leadership of the management team.

Worked directly with the General Manager, sales and marketing team and sales representatives to drive cross functional business development, implement pricing and policy structure and drive new business through creating and presenting business proposals to Colleges and Universities within a multi-product business unit. Directly involved with the conversion of fifty independent sales representatives to employee status to meet IRS requirements.

Business unit controller for the College Division. Worked directly with the Divisional Vice-President, Sales Director, Marketing Director and Sales Force on annual financial planning, forecasting, P&L management, business proposals and strategic planning to support and drive business expansion.

Provide budgeting, forecast, pricing, financial analysis, product cost and margin review and new business proposals for the Jewelry Division.
