Working in Te Uru Rākau leading the Forest Market Assurance Programme (FMAP) consisting of two forestry sector projects and setting for future phases.• Leading the Forest Market Assurance Programme and setting for future phases (May 2021 – April 2027). This programme implemented new legislative change for the forest industry. • The programme consists of two projects, Log Traders and Forest Advisers Registration, and Legal Harvest Assurance. Each project has seven workstreams/teams including Policy, Regulations, Change and Service Design, IT, Business Delivery, Cost Recovery and Legal.• I lead the teams to successfully deliver the first phase using an agile minimum viable product (MVP) approach in record time, meeting our legislatively mandated MVP go live date of the 6th August 2022. • Provided mentorship for other Te Uru Rākau project managers and senior managers• Established an accepted agile programme in a traditionally waterfall environment• Leading the implementation of MPIs first enterprise ready Salesforce platform• Successfully delivered a fantastic first phase despite all the financial and resource challenges

• Leading Transpower’s migration from Project Server 2010 and Enterprise Resource Planning Tool to Project Online and SharePoint• Leading Transpower’s paper to digitisation project (Mātai) through developing and implementing a field-based iPad data collection application that integrates directly with Transpower’s asset management system. • Leading Transpower’s implementation of OpenShift and migration from their Corporate ESB. • Work with Transpower’s delivery teams to set a framework for successfully utilising Agile, while still ensuring sufficient assurance practices are in place given Transpower is a State-Owned Enterprise using a regulatory based Tax payer funded model. • Constantly reviewing and improving delivery processes for other Project Managers.
