- Currently part of the claims and dispute team working on various extension of time and cost claims for the HK$7.1bn Liantang / Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Crossing Point.- Tender Planning Works for various Airport Authority projects, Cross Bay Link Bridge and Kai Tak Sports Park bids.- Oversaw the planning requirements for the HK$8bn Hong Kong - Macau bridge Passenger Clearance Building. Responsibilities include: Undertaking interface / coordination, review and feedback related to civil, building and M&E works. Production of necessary KPI’s and monitoring of onsite works in line with master programme and contract Key Dates. - HK$5bn redevelopment of SCL1112 – Hung Hom train station, a critical component of MTR’s Shatin to Central Hong Kong rail link. Responsibilities included; Monitoring on site works and maintained the Critical Path networks in Primavera, monitor the scheduling of project milestones and reviewed liquidated damages with respect to the programme, feedback to management and ensured any potential delays or risks were met with appropriate solutions. Production of time and cost extension claims in light of delays that arose.

Was responsible for overseeing the planning requirements for the South West region of the companies Defence Estates Framework contract with Defence Infrastructure Organisation. Successfully transformed the region into an efficient, controlled and quality focused part of the business that when I left was performing above company standards and regularly winning bids on the back of successful project completions. Works included; Devonport dockyard Marine construction of Finger Jetty, Pontoon and Slipway, RAF Culdrose Runways and Taxiways Extension, DIO Physical and Rehabilitation Training Centres and Motor Transport facilities and a 260 plot new housing development at Bulford Barracks.

Managed and facilitated all of the construction planning requirements, pre-award, during construction and post construction works for multiple fast track new build, refresh and extension projects for Tesco. Ensuring each project was programmed and planned to exceed customer & company expectations.

Progressed from trainee to active management position, role included on site management for the £15m construction of 3, New Build EADS office blocks in Newport. Inclusive of; communicating with clients and sub-contractors in line with on site developments, guiding and assisting M&E and ABWF sub-contractors in required fit out works, assisting site and construction managers with the day to day running of the site and liaising with Health & Safety officers to ensure site was managed correctly.
