Joel Kramer is a Managing Director at Misti (Mis Training Institute). Colleagues describe him as "I attended one of Joel's MIS Roundtables for CAE's in my first year of appointment at Belk Department Store. Joel coordinated a very informative roundtable where I met others in the field, sharing both best practices and challenges. The event was very well attended and relationships with Joel and other collegues have continued. Joel takes the role of problem solver and mentor for the participants in his training seminars, roundtables, etc., with the intent of providing information and solutions to solve their challenges on the job.
