Clients are mainly government-linked companies, MNCs, SMEs and small-holder farmers.Key Accomplishments:• Revamped the company's branding, marketing & operations, which was instrumental in turning around the business within 1 year.• Launched PlantFood organic fertiliser, in the first 3 months with 10 SKU.• Face-lift Bio-Mate commercial fertiliser and designed a product expansion blueprint with 5 new SKUs.• Developing new products for composting machines, fertilisers and feed meal.• Created a 3-year commercial strategy blueprint focusing on value creation.

As a Head of Creative, I work closely with the Group CEO and managers of various divisions to plan and strategise the creative needs of our brands, solving problems ranging from business problems to product development.• Leading a team of 9 creatives.• Guiding internal clients on brand plans, brand identities, and marketing strategies.• As of early 2022, have launched over 40 new products and 8 new brands.• Directing creative work for multiple brands ranging from FMCG, manufacturing, retail & e-commerce.• Oversee branding, products, and UI/UX for multiple e-commerce brands, resulting in better brand visibility and an increase in sales.• Manage corporate comms for the holding group for investor relations and prospect clientele. • Leading overall interior design of our manufacturing facility, including procurement and purchasing of all interior finishes.
