Responsible for development of data transformation maps which were used to translate medical transaction data between various formats (EDI X12, XML and proprietary formats) at various stages in the transaction flow.- Worked closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and .NET Developers (using Agile methodologies) on the creation of request- and response-side transaction flows for medical transactions such as eligibility inquiries, claim submissions, claim status inquiries, referrals, and more.- Extensive experience using IBM’s WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) and Orion Health’s Symphonia in creation of data transformation maps.- Maintained existing library of production data maps by monitoring internal ticketing system for reports of production issues and enhancement requests, resulting in average ticket turnaround time (from initiation to resolution) of 24 hours.
