Input all quality complaints into the Automated Quality System and assign for corrective action. Follow-up as well as assist department managers to ensure effectiveness. The primary contact for customer calls including complaints and inquiries concerning finished product; communicating concerns and expectations of the customer to management and non-exempt salaried personnel in a timely manner; review and authorize customer credits.
