Established the Great Book of Life LLC, a family owned and operated business which included two legacy related websites, the Great Book of Life and the Great Book of Life For Pets. Duties included business plan, website development, brand development, patents & trademarks, direct sales and technical support.

Opening management team for two business-class hotels, the Radisson Hotel, Pewaukee (now the Holiday Inn) and the Wildwood Lodge, Lake Elmo (now the Holiday Inn). Staffed, trained and managed the sales operations at each property. Supervised all sales related activities including but not limited to planning, budgeting,market penetration, client development and marketing.

Founder and Publisher of the Minnesota Meetings and Events Annual Resource Directory. Directed the sales efforts for the Annual Resource Directory and Minnesota Meetings and Events Magazines. This included business plan development, client relations, content development, and general accounting.

Supervised the meeting and event planning team responsible for 3M sponsored special events and employee recognition events. Supervised the marketing and sales of 3M's private resort called Wonewok in Park Rapids, MN. Supervised the Employee Gift Program and Annual Recognition Banquet and Annual 3M Stockholders Meeting. Supervised the 3M Suite program at the Metrodome, Target Center and Xcel Energy Center. Planning projects included but were not limited to corporate incentives for PGA, NBA, Olympics, NASCAR, Indy Series Racing, NCAA, and World Cup programs.
