At Blanco Creek Farms, I have worn many hats. I started in 2018 as a part-time forklift operator. By proving to be a reliable leader, I became a supervisor during the night shift for temporary workers. My job included quality control, filing BOLs, team management and ensuring all loads are delivered safely.

Our Detail team was responsible for processing new vehicles and restoring trade-in vehicles to prepare them for the lot. As the Assistant Manager of the Detail Department, I supervised the night shift team. My duties included scheduling, distributing work, and closing the shop at night. Additionally, I was entrusted to deliver vehicles across Texas when our dealership exchanged with partnering dealers.

I worked as a detailer performing Post-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) for all new vehicles coming into our dealership. I was also responsible for Full-Detail services purchased by customers which I earned commission from. At this job I learned the value of starting from the bottom. When the COVID pandemic hit every dollar was hard earned but I proved to myself that I could do whatever it took to stay afloat and take care of myself.
