In charge of the organization and coordination of government advice on town planning, urban development project and industrial facilities subject to administrative permission requiring simultaneously the approval of at least two services in an accompanying logic.Also responsible for coordinating the associated public persons’s advices on urban planning programs and the related government legality control as for the environmental assesment regarding any urban and industrial projects or urban planning plan that are not placed under any governmental responsability.

In charge of legality supervision, leading in conformance with the public associated persons and with the legality control of town planning documents introduced by public local autorities.In charge of public policies promotion involved in sustainable development (Eco-quartiers, Eco-cités, sustainable cities, green and blue wefts, "sea" parts of town planning documents ...) with such public local autorities.Asked, also, to produce the Environmental Autority advices regarding any project, plan and program initiated by any local autority excepting those initiated or covered by governmental institutions.

In charge with the sub Departmental Consultative Committee for Safety and Accessibility presidence and secretary (DCCSA). In charge with state public offices and with public local autorities involved in public policies promotion and technical advices.In charge with communications and informations steering, management and deployment for professionals, elected representatives and technical staffs of the aforesaid public local autorities.

Urban operational planning, public equipments, infrastructures planning and construction representative for public local autorities.Main led actions: cities entries amenagements, public roads infrastructures, urban housing and extensions, water-treatment plants and sewer systems, territorial prospective.

In charge with exploitation and road interview team's work planning (4 teams – 20 crews) over two road networks under national and local county responsability, including some 20 km of high level trafic similar to highway trafic.In charge with night and day construction's and interview's actions planning, management and control, public works contracts financial programming, management and evaluation.In charge with local public autorities advising in safety road adaptations, public roads an infrastructures construction and interview, public domain management.

In charge of public fire department service team's work planning (9 teams – 45 crews). I was involved to survey a governmental estate set including: 2 skyscrapers (IGH W2 French fire regulations classified), some important public offices including public libraries, school, restaurants, shops, indoor sport spaces (ERP catI L,M,N,R,S,X,W, ERP catII L,N,W, ERP catIV L,W … French fire regulations classified) and some others non public places.
Involved in first intervention crews (560 persons) formation acts and in resident workers information acts.In charge with communications and informations steering, management and deployment for professionals and involved in safety construction's interviews management and control.
