Part of my tutoring goals was helping students reinforce understanding of core concepts. My policy included a guaranteed B or above. This position helped me reinforce and also discover my passion for teaching. I enjoy helping others understand complex topics, and this is something I've found to be an extremely valauble skill in both college and the real world.
