Joel began his real estate career in 2013 where he gained a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in the New Homes sector of the real estate market. As well as real estate contracts, the condo & new build market, client protection/liability and effective negotiation. Graduating from the University of Ottawa with a business degree and specialization in finance, Joel understands mortgage mechanics and investment valuation as well as market interpretation and analysis. Joel is a hockey and golf enthusiast, avid snowboarder and sociable person who spends his free time cooking, attending festivals & events and traveling.
