As a qualified trades person in Heavy Fabrication and Engineering with years of experience and in-depth knowledge in all fields, I am applicable to all things Welding, Fabrication, Repairs and Engineering. Understanding what it takes to achieve the highest quality in anything from workshop fabrication & welding to on-site mobile plant repairs & upgrades, as well as large scale fixed plant shutdowns & structural projects. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor specialising in Hot Works. I have experience in;- Management/ supervision and team leadership.- Project management of mobile plant and fixed plant repairs and shutdowns.- Implementing project management tools, maintenance strategy development, Reliability improvements thru RCM methodologies & Data analysis, Engineering upgrades.- Estimation utilising various methods.- Quality assurance inspections and developing quality management systems.- Monitoring safety of people and risk mitigation.- Stakeholder engagement, communication and relations. I believe by developing & fine tuning my skills as a tradesman along with adopting a growth/ continuous improvement mindset, have been the most important foundations for my industry knowledge and development, allowing me to apply valuable technical input, plan and problem solve throughout all engineering, structure management & condition monitoring aspects of the industry thus providing me with a passion for the industry and sectors I work in.
