I am an architect with a passion for creating new contexts for healthcare, especially ones that stimulate the client or patient toward self-determination and wellness. My work has won notice for blending a group home for PWA's into an urban Minneapolis neighborhood, nomination as state philanthropist for Colorado for heading the creation of a hospice with 500 volunteers, and creating new forms of assisted living in Arkansas ( under construction). I am past president of AIA Florida Gulf Coast, one of the first group of 25 People to Watch in Biz 941, and co-creator of 2 international architectural conferences, the last on social responsibility and architecture. Specialties: Design and concept development, profiling a project for market sustainability, campus design, community building and planning, facility design and management, construction management, helping groups synthesize good data, creative writing and storyboarding of a project.
