Train end-users to optimally use discipline technology according to accepted best practice workflows. Lead the implementation of an offshore testing platform (TaaS) as a service for key corporate data stores (CDS , OpenWorks and Recall) Investigate and analyse user workflow issues and review business requirements and specifications.
