Notable achievements include:• Established strong relationships with partnering organizations, including Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, Streams & Valleys, Tarrant Regional Water District, Fort Worth Zoological Association, Botanic Research Institute of Texas, and the North Central Texas Council of Governments.• Managed the delivery of the 2014 Bond Program ($31.44 Park & Recreation Projects) and 2018 Bond Program ($84.18M in Park & Recreation Projects).• Appointed to represent the Park & Recreation Department on the development of the 2022 Bond Program resulting in a record setting amount for Park & Recreation project both in terms of dollar amount ($123.95M) and percent of the overall bond program (22.1%)• Oversaw the application of 10 successful state and federal grant applications totaling $22.7M.• Completed 164 capital projects with a total value over $144M between 2015 and 2022.
