My current position is Operational Transformation supervisor for Nissan Motor Company. I've been with the company for over 8 years and have worked in different departments such as Collections, Financial Transactions, Account Management and Funding. I have plenty of experience in operations on the phone such as CS and Collections, I can create from the scratch a team doing interviews, create KPIs, goals, reports, procedures, training manuals and everything else needed to start an operation. I have also had positions in back office departments where I have been able to create reports to increase productivity by analyzing processes, specializing people in more than one process and making a report on the hours needed to complete each process.
