-Successfully managed the migration process for over 100 partners on a weekly basis into the Partner Incentives tool. -Triage migration related data failures. Provide feedback to upstream teams to work with partners for data updates. -Developed a SQL solution to reduce manual workloads and increased efficiencies. Using SSIS and SQL processing, moved the migration process out of Access and reduced processing time from 40 hours per month to 20 minutes per month.
