Attorney Joel Nagel is the Managing Partner of Pittsburgh-based Nagel & Associates, LLC, which he founded in 1992. The specialty law firm has developed an international reputation for providing its clients with cutting-edge strategies designed to maximize their performance in a number of environments. It has developed a particular niche in the area of asset protection, overseas commercial transactions and the creation of international corporate structures.Joel received his undergraduate degree from Allegheny College in 1986 and a law degree from West Virginia University in 1989 and a graduate law degree in international law and taxation with highest distinction from Georgetown University in 1990. He pursued additional graduate studies abroad, including as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Bonn as well as The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands.Joel has been an integral member of several institutions within a variety of different niches – law, finance, and golf, to name a few.
