I have been leading more than 70 projects in being in charge to:- Carry out on-site feasibility studies (in about 35 countries on the 5 continents),- Lead the design stages,- Follow-up the schedules and the progress of the fabrication stages,- Communicate with the clients,- Oversee installations and supervise the local installation teams (in an intercultural context).=>In drastically transforming the design processes of the product I was in charge of, I made possible a significant decline of the required lead-times allowing an exponential ramp-up of the sales of this product.

ACT was a Manufacturer of customized machines mainly for electronic industry.As the real right-hand person of the CEO, I was in charge to:- Lead the design team (4 mechanical engineers 2 automation engineers),- Validate the technical solutions (in close partnership with the CEO acting then as the Technical Director),- Fix the possible technical issues when they arose during assemblies of the machines in partnership with the dedicated team,- Lead the commissioning and development tests,- Commission the machines (sometimes) at clients' premises.Were then made machines for Philips Lighting, Staubli, Renault, the French Defense Procurement Agency that made them happy, into the scope of flagship projects for them (+plus a machine using a 1st level of AI for a wooden flooring manufacturer).

In charge to:- Lead and supervise the team of 35 instructors,- Define the strategic objectives,- Implement new organizations and new degree training programs,- Lead new projects (like for instance the setup of an e-Learning platform).That is how the Center got delivered the ISO 9001 Certification it strived to get (one of the firsts Apprentice Training Centers to do so) and the graduation rates were of 100% as of the first year every time a new degree training programs was set (the Center preparing indeed to professional degree in all the jobs related to maintenance of vehicles: motorcycles, cars, trucks and lorries, agricultural machineries).
