For over 20 years I have demonstrated the ability to formulate and execute strategies to enter new markets, drive sales, restructure under-performing organizations and build cohesive, high performing sales teams that increase productivity.New technology advancements and in particular the Internet of Things (IoT), will provide opportunities of a scale never seen before. To exploit this situation will require well-trained sales teams, focused intently on using this technology to provide true value to clients and sales leadership to hire, train, motivate and manage them.A major challenge to be dealt with in this advancing process is that of constant change and at an increasing rate. Adaptability, change management and process improvement will be critical to success. These have been a mainstay of my approach to business development.I have always been compelled to give back to my industry and as part of that effort, I have presented and engaged in 3 MBA class projects at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
