Teaching Projects Management at IFPAC ( International Institute for Vocational training in Central Africa)

- Performed a desk review on the existing evidence on the situation of youth in line with the existing frameworks of the African youth charter and the AU demographic Dividend Roadmap;- Collected data from Au member states on indicators aligned to the four pillars of the demographic dividend, as developed by the AUC and UNECA (Education, Employment, Heath, and Governance); - Provided expert analysis on collecting information to identify gaps and trends in youth development issues; - Consulted with AUC member states Ministries and development partners to identify development priorities and existing interventions, in youth issues;- Contributed to the compilation of the overall status of African youth Report merging data from all five regions of the continent;- Worked for the last six months directly with the HRST Director to assist him on his hr administrative tasks.

Collected and analyzed existing data on the management of the population’s compensation surrounding the pipeline Chad Cameroon project. And bring out the lessons learned.

- Built capacity for children’s workers;- Drafted project concept note; - Implemented, M&E, designed brochures and badges using Microsoft publisher; - Defined the recruitment needs for the Children's 2017 Salon event ; - Wrote the job profiles and diffused the recruiting announcements via the www.childcarecameroon.org; - Processed and analyzed recruitment requests, selected and welcomed successful candidates and assisted in the drafting of the voluntary agreement.
