• Working directly with Real Estate Investment Companies, Elected Officials (Federal, State, County, City and School Districts), Municipalities, Businesses, Multifamily Properties (Apartments/Homeowner Associations), Commercial Retails Shopping Centers, Property Management and Owners, Trash Haulers (Republic Services, Waste Management and Recology) and Construction Management Companies.• Incorporating a comprehensive, integrated data system (CRM-Client Relationship Management Cloud Based Software) with company’s current accounting software QuickBooks. Assessing business applications. • Negotiate and execute client trash services contracts in excess of $1 million per year, assist properties to comply with mandatory commercial recycling ordinance, State AB 341, through on-site recycling audits. Consult with clients on trash and recycling options. • Developed partnership with local non-profit resulting in “paid internships” for high school students who were trained in Recycling/Composting and Waste Reduction Strategies. • Created a pilot “service learning” project featured on KPIX Channel 5. Students identified items that had recycling and organic value to be diverted from the waste stream. Planned and executed strategies to motivate students about recycling, and collectively identified problem trash/recycling areas and issues.

• While leading a textile company with $3.5 million in annual sales, I was exposed to all levels of responsibility, top to bottom. Presented Secondary Containment and Absorbent options in lay terms for safety officers, direct line employees, buyers and facility and operation managers. • As VP, acted as the point of contact 24/7 for coordinating deliveries for emergency spills. Provided coordination and delivery of Oil Absorbents to Treasure Island for an international spill contractor (NRC) in response to the Cosco Busan oil spill. Facilitated after hour and weekend deliveries of absorbents for Major League Baseball San Francisco Giants. • Responsible for meeting spec requirements for fortune 1000 and fortune 500 subcontractors (Google, Apple, Toyota, Siemens, Grainger and NASA).
