17 years experience of working in both airport and security environments, with people leading being at the forefront of what I do. Experience of fast paced challenging performance based management and delivering results through change. Having previously managed Terminal Operations I moved back to Security as a performance manager with a team of twenty. I now am a Performance Manager for all passenger Security ensuring managers are leading their teams to strive for high performance whilst adhering to strict compliancy measures.Working in areas which at peak can process over forty thousand passengers a day. I am also an Airport threat assessor and trained to level three in aviation management.
