I am a Senior Software Engineer with a broad range of experiences and education. My experience and education have helped me to think in relatively non-traditional paths of problem-solving, when it comes to software development. My philosophy of creating software that is robust, bug resistant, efficient, readable, and supportable helps me to decrease the support time necessary at release and decrease long-term support needs of the specific product. I am open to exploring all avenues of education and am willing to leverage any tool and/or resource I have available to bring project deliverables to fruition. I love what I do for a living and I love the people I have met along the way who continue to help me a become better engineer and a better leader. This is the attitude I bring to any scenario where I am occupying a leadership role. I believe it is vitally important that a leader truly care about the people who directly report to them.
