Budgeting Forecasting and Reporting for overall operations, Global Communications and Strategy function. Managing overall budget of $150M USD.

• Reports to AVP, Finance and responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function.• Lead a team of 8 members, making sure the budget and financial reports were delivered on time with high quality and looking for scope in continuous process improvements. • Collaborate with the BU team, prepare budgets annually and projections every month/quarter. • Executes monthly financial statement review process including preparing variance to budget analysis and explaining business results at Global market level.• Develop and analyze key metrics providing actionable insights for the company.• Build relationships with internal business associates including different entities and transition team.• Create a work environment that supports cross-functional team effectiveness. • Plan and track spending by project on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Ensured smooth forecasting and budgeting submission by efficiently co-coordinating with various department heads for current year and 3years strat plan for Global Operations.• Review and analyze actual cost and revenues, report variances, input to the profit forecasting systems, recommend actions to address identified issues.• Issuing periodical cost reports, MOR and financial variance analysis from P&L statements to reflect the business and monetary conditions.• Manage oversee project billing process and ensure proper calculation, invoicing and recognition of costs and related revenues/fees on a timely basis. • Develop and maintain all necessary financial systems and accounting processes and controls.

• Generate Reports and FP&A, working closely with the Director - FP&A and CFOs - Global Finance as part of a consolidated financial reporting and analysis function.• Established a streamlined FP&A data gathering process ensuring accurate and consistent financial submissions.• Analyzed profit margins, monitored market place trends and analyzed revenue-cost analysis forecasts in the UK, Europe and USA markets.• Led a team of 8 members, making sure the reports were delivered on time with high quality and looking for scope in continuous process improvements.

• Managing and coordinating the business monthly operational forecasting process and annual budgeting process.• Review the PO, bills payable and receivable on monthly basis to ensure the accurate accounting standard. • Responsible for support and maintenance of day to day operational issues, KPI and MIS reporting, query clarifications, creating and updating new SOPs, quality checks & problem resolution.• Supports both commercial and operating teams with month-end reporting as well as forecast and plan.• Create & publish management reports and adhere to the timelines.
