The business provides processing & cataloguing to A.V. materials for public libraries, universities and schools nationwide. Duties include:- Management of a department that consists of 8-15 people.- Overseeing the weekly schedule in regards to: warehouse operations, stock processing, materials ordering, stock shipments, staff rostering and departmental reporting.- Organising inter-department communications and team meetings.- Reporting to the C.F.O. and Warehouse Manager regarding: department efficiency, staffing levels, sales, customer quotes and specification changes.- Customer service & warehouse duties including: answering phones & emails, receiving & distributing stock and basic I.T. support.
