Raised in New York I learned the value of hard work and independence. At 17, I attended Northeastern University due to its work-study program and practical, business-focused curriculum, pursuing a dual degree in Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Psychology. As a freshman, I landed a highly lucrative and competitive 3-year FDIC Bank Examiner work-study role. As a senior, I was recruited by the Israeli Consulate and sent to Israel for six months to be part of a four-person team tasked in rescuing a ABIC Pharmaceuticals in Ramat Gahn from bankruptcy. The company was revived and eventually sold to TEVA.Upon graduation, I began a decade long career in the fashion industry, starting with Levi Strauss. I relocated to NYC to manage women’s sportswear division for a private company and then moved into a fashion jewelry business. Life took a sharp turn when my wife, an operating room nurse, convinced me to pivot into medical sales. Despite having zero experience in the medical field, I landed a role selling electrosurgical devices. Over the years, I became a leading expert in electrosurgery, one of four non-physicians in the U.S., CME accredited to train surgeons and healthcare professionals in energy-based surgical technology.I have led training sessions worldwide, teaching complex medical technology in a way which is simplified and easily understood. It was a rewarding career, guiding surgeons at prestigious institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, North Shore University, Toronto General, and Prince of Whales Hospital in Australia, simplifying highly technical topics into digestible insights.I have spent a significant part of my career helping to build and scale startup medical device companies, guiding teams to deliver high-quality sales outcomes in a challenging, ever-evolving industry. Success is not solely about knowledge, it is about communication, adaptability, and always remaining open to learning.Today, I remain driven by the challenge of mentoring and teaching. As a sales consultant, I help teams become their best, providing guidance on everything from crafting better emails to improving presentation skills. My role is not just to manage, it includes mentoring to help individuals understand their potential, and to coach them to success.I am proud of the path I have taken, from fashion to medical devices, from hustling to pay my own way through college to training some of the brightest minds in surgery. Now, I take that passion and energy into every consulting engagement, keeping both my mind active and my heart in the game.
