After successfully aligning franchise operations into a national single brand with a consistent standard while building consensus and advancing strong leaders, I was promoted to Chief of Staff reporting directly to the CEO and served as the driver of branding, public relations, government affairs and the organization and prioritization of Texas Roadhouse’s principle focus. Expanding into international markets was accomplished under my leadership as Managing Director of the Global Development Group. Throughout my career, I was able to achieve and lead a significant number of firsts:Creating and driving connections within international market within political, royal and government networks to form first contract for 8 country deal for 35 restaurants over 10 years.Negotiations and partnership with United States Military to build first Texas Roadhouse restaurant on a military base. Creating and implementing the CEO Roadshow, a 21-city tour encompassing 300 stores aligning CEO with every Managing Partner to identify and resolve individual challenges and improve internal support. The conceptualization and foundation for organization’s core values, still in place today. I expanded leadership, ownership and commitment to our employees and communities as an active and influential member of numerous boards including: Special Olympics of Kentucky (Chairman), Louisville Metro Police Foundation, Andy’s Outreach, Business Development Advisory Group, Texas Roadhouse Charitable Giving Committee.
