Sostamic is a company that specialises in L1 and L2 helpdesk support, customer service todifferent companies. As a telephone operator,I deal with the different services fromdifferent companies all in the customer service area, answering customer enquiries ,transferring to different departments ,etc.Helping the back office department to reach daily targets and follow up that have to bedone daily on different services that sosmac provides

- Receiving phone call from clients and providing updates regarding their cases within the law firm base in USA.- Calling clients and facilities in order to obtain the documentation needed in order to move the case forward.

- dealing with customer complains and solving them ,- managing a small group of dinning area ,-Supervise and control the development of the activity during my shift - Making sure safety protocols were always followed
