I was responsible for delivering a range of Gateway Qualifications for the Adult Team at Harlow College in partnership with the Job Centre Plus. Designing and delivering employability courses for those who are currently seeking or looking to return to employment, I was also responsible for the enrolment, assessment, quality assurance and performance management.
