In this role, I oversaw the systems and processes for a national shared services company. I managed capital and operating budgets; and supervised 4 direct reports. While providing critical direction and strategic leadership, I achieved the following:▸Supported the infrastructure of 9 companies housed under the parent organization▸Met with respective Presidents and CEO's on a monthly basis to provide IT services and monthly updates.▸Deployed multiple enterprise software systems▸Implemented a nation-wide centralized help desk to efficiently manage a high volume of tickets with fewer staff▸Initiated a nation-wide VOIP phone system, enabling secure communication between organizations▸Developed and implemented numerous websites for subsidiary companies

Supporting 5 theme parks in the US, I provided Point-of-Sale technical assistance; and supervised seasonal IT staff dealing with POS, debit / credit, and front gate systems. I managed a variety of Microsoft applications, custom-built applications, and multiple operating systems.

I supplied on-site technical support and was contracted to multiple companies including: Consumers Gas, National Grocers, Northern Telecom, and McKinsey & Co.

In this role, I was responsible for field repairs and component level repairs. As a result of my successes, I was assigned to the client Sun Life Assurance in a full time capacity.

I provided simultaneous technical support to multiple companies.
