- Observer and capture defects on Toyota Welding Blanks parts coming off the automated manufacturing lines recording defects attributes in Excel Sheets templates for analysis.
- Determine the quality of the welds by analyzing the 3D capture on the HMI display and categorizing them as OK, No Good, and No Good(OK).
- Utilize HMI to control the automated line and collaborate with Quality and Line operator to analyze data and make necessary adjustments for maintaining good quality.
- Contribute to root cause analysis to determine core reason for bad welds and errors then use corrective action process to get quality back to ideal quality.
- Applied Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to welding process resulting in improved process efficiency and quality.
- Performed quality inspections to avoid nonconformance issues and drafted detailed reports to project stakeholders.
