System Administrator assigned Tier II tasks in supporting of the clients and the Military Sealift Command (MSC). The first line of communication in assisting with ships connectivity. Monitoring the status of assigned sea vessels along with their satellite footprint via Solorwinds and iMonitor. Route specified issues to subject matter experts and INMARSAT personnel. Keep track and resolve customer issues through Remedy ticketing system. Test connectivity of routers, taclanes and/or other network devices through ping and tracert sessions. Create NIPR/SIPR Outlook Web Access (OWA) Accounts through PowerShell. Update and maintain daily logs. Record the security and temperature of the server lockers and safes.
