Everything from custom returnable plastic trays for transporting passenger car airbags for Autoliv to snowmobile windshields and other parts for Polaris, Arctic Cat, and Ski-Doo to thin foam seat-belt dust shields for Honda cars of America. After the tooling designs were finalized I would then use large 3-axis CNC machining centers and 5-axis CNC routers to cut the mold tooling.
