I am currently accountable for the delivery of all new stores within the estate, the stores are a mix of new build and existing units within retail park and high street locations.Additional projects include landlord driven works involving down sizes and new facades, within the company I am also responsible for all new depots and factory upgrades.Current responsibilities are all the aspects within the project cycle, surveys, design, tenders, board approval, programming and format delivery. I control all the internal aspects and third parties involved in the process and ensure the end to end project management and implementation of the process.Maintaining relantionships externally with landlords, solicitors, agents and all internal colleagues is a key part of my function within the business.

Field based role, offering an end-to-end project manager function. My main responsibilities are to survey the sites, agree a design for the store and produce a cost pack for board approval and sign off. Accountable for all aspects of the project throughout the construction process, ensuring that all timelines, budget controls and legal requirements are met. I work closely with all the third parties involved in the process, from quantity surveyors, building control, main contractors, utilities, landlords and retail. Conducting progress meetings and site visits on a weekly basis to ensure compliance.
