Homecare Homebase (HCHB), an industry-leading healthcare software company, serves our customers who specialize in post-acute care, which includes home health care, hospice, private duty, and personal care. Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions assist agencies in managing scheduling, billing, visit documentation, order processing, workflow, and more, all while keeping patient information secure and our customers compliant with the industry's ever-changing guidelines and regulations. As Manager of Client Services at Homecare Homebase, I lead members of our customer support team, striving to deliver the best possible service with the ultimate goal of the highest level of customer satisfaction from the agencies who serve 650,000+ patients every day through our software. I also oversee the Quality function of our department, ensuring that our team members are delivering accurate, timely, and professional updates. Setting goals and making decisions with our department's three pillars in mind (Customer, People, Business) have assisted in achieving record-high customer satisfaction scores, an infectiously positive work environment filled with people who love where they work, and a streamlined metrics system that sets clear performance expectations for each team member.My biggest responsibility, in my opinion, is the personal and professional development of the individuals on my team. One of my biggest passions is connecting someone to their "why" to figure out what makes them tick and where they will find the most fulfillment. If that happens to be on a team other than my own, it is my goal to work with them to get them to where they desire to be. Those accomplishments, no matter how big or small, are my favorite success stories.
