I am a NZQA Qualified roofer, I am a Licensed Building practitioner, I have Studied Diploma in small business management.13 Years ago I started JS ( Joel Speirs) Roofing ltd, I have always been involved with running businesses and managing staff and operations from a very early age working with family etc........The motivation for me is to have a great little business that performs exceptionally well and through my initiative is able to lead the way at improving the reputation and quality of service provided by Trades service businesses in today's market.I am able to achieve this by employing honest and reliable industry professionals and by having a serious approach towards everything that I/We do.Being aware and understanding our requirements around the NZ building code, Health and safety etc enables us to continue working and driving towards my number one goal which is to become a well established and trusted Trades company.
