I manage day to day operations of an environmental company in Iceland, dealing with ocean health and carbon dioxide removal (CDR). Along with day to day operations I am involved in the growth of this necessary start up looking into technology and processes to help improve our capabilities.

CCC is an industrial construction company mainly building concrete foundations and supports in the oil and gas industry. I led a team of 3-10 carpenters in concrete work, as well as the expansion into commercial and residential construction and remodelling.

My role at Generac consisted of managing 2000 electricians’ accounts with Generac. I helped manage day to day questions and orders from dealers regarding generators, transfer switches, among other electrical components needed to successfully run their jobs.

The Dominion Marketing Group is an outsource sales and marketing company in Wichita Kansas. My job consists of selling DirecTv in big box retail stores. Every day I have a leaders meeting with top performers from the day before to go over what worked or what didn't work for them in the field. I also help in the interview process alongside our Assistant Director to find new talent for our team. Once in the field I am expected to talk to everyone I can and pitch as many people as possible. Knowing everything about our product is also a necessity to be able to answer customer questions accurately and quickly.

I started working for MKC at their main location in Moundridge, Kansas, as temporary help during my breaks while in college. After learning how to load and unload trucks of grain, monitor equipment and do weekly, monthly, and yearly inspections as well as needed or preemptive maintenance. In my later summers helping I began to take on the "supervisor" role of the other summer help. I would assign tasks for them to do and place them at locations they would succeed in. When I took on the role of Location Service Specialist in Florence I was then in charge of selling grain, feed, seed, and fertilizer along with maintaining the elevator and grain. I would do monthly inventory on all of our feed as well as the grain in the bins, as well as general upkeep on the rest of the location.
