- Identify drivers, goals and business requirements - Document all technical requirements and design technical solutions utilising enterprise architecture standards including documenting all solution components and configurations- Develop solution based upon requirements presented by the customer, account managers, inside sales reps.- Whiteboard sessions, Demonstrations at the HP Solution Centre - Working in both a direct and multi-channel distribution model, assisting with the BPSA program - Develop solution cost structure by identifying all cost points including labour, software, hardware and support. - Implement architectural designs while building solid relationships with stakeholders- Work with senior Solutions Architect, ISR’s, Specialists and Account Management teams to ensure all solutions are deployed within agreed timelines and supported after delivery- Discuss and articulate developed solutions to the stakeholders- Discuss and present to the customer HP technologies, product portfolio and key technical changes - Translate business requirements into detailed architectures and designs using tools like HP Salesbuilder, NinjaSTARS, IRIS, and Visio etc.- Technical writing (RFP’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s)
