Mitigating risks and challenges companies face is paramount to the successful development and longevity of a company. I have spent the last 12 years with the Australian Defence Force providing maintenance engineering. In my latest roles, I have specialised in defence innovation and project management. I have provided leadership and guidance to my team to ensure the production and implementation of tailored equipment designed to support the highest level of soldiers in the harshest environments. My passion for project management and operational planning arose from my service, focusing on client relations, governance, and innovation. Since becoming a father, my greatest passion has been my family and the experiences we share. Every day I learn something new from my son and believe this has also helped my development professionally. Every experience has a teaching moment, and I have strived for continual improvement.
