• Conducts pre-screening of resumes, initial interview, as well as in-depth interview of candidates for assigned vacancies to determine fit and suitability of the candidate’s qualifications with the requirements of the vacancy.• Identifies candidates through sourcing channels available.• Evaluates qualifications of candidate using applicable assessment tools such as tests, including preliminary background checks, if warranted.• Prepares a shortlist of candidates for endorsement to the. line head.• Coordinates with the line head for the conduct of selection interview. Sets-up the interview schedules with the candidate.• Discusses hiring decision with the line head including the details of hiring of the candidate selected.• Prepares salary offer proposals for approval and finalizes job offer for presentation to the candidate recommended for hiring.• Conducts job offer with the candidate for hiring and documents acceptance of offer.• Issues pre-employment medical referral forms and requirements etc in preparation for on-boarding.• Conducts credit check and AMLA check using applicable database/system.• Prepares appointment paper and other BSP documents for signing of the candidate for hiring.• Updates/prepares the following databases and reports:- Vacancy database tracker- List of Hires for the Month- Recruiter Productivity Report• Performs other duties which may be assigned by the department head from time to time.
