I started JOLTAG as a small consultancy operating in the Oracle ecosystem and methodically grew the practice by consistently delivering superior professional services enabling our customers success. Over a period of three years, we built JOLT, into a global player and award winner in the Intelligent Automation/UiPath ecosystem. My focus was to create a strong PMO foundation to ensure that we provide the same consistent superior project management and professional services as the business scaled.As the CEO of JOLT Digital Learning Partners, I lead a team of passionate and innovative professionals who focus on the "People Part of Technology".
