• Provided case support leadership for the Fitness to Practise Department, managed 12 case support officers, provided specialist case support for the achievement of high quality and timely investigations,• Optimized business processes for the timely and effective acquisition of case materials from external stakeholders and for the bundling / presentation of case documentation for committee panels,• Established the case support team as the Fitness to Practise Department’s specialist hub on case material acquisition and information security, proliferating a culture of best practice sharing.
