Duties and Responsibilities:● Monitor, troubleshoot the Network and IT peripherals’ updates to ensure efficiency output.● Preventive maintenance and monitor the status of printer and troubleshoot.● Provide the Network connections of new offices on site.● Maintains, repairs, monitoring of computers performances.● Provide the required support and assistance to the users to perform their assignments efficiently. ● Install, configure, update, upgrade, connect and repair IT peripherals to make adequate IT resources available to enable users to perform their activities efficiently. ● Monitor and control IT peripherals utilizations, capabilities and response to maintain high performance. ● Prepare required reports including work related achievements, progress and other related issues to monitor assigned activities.
