* Music supervision and performing music searches for clients* Compilation of genre specific playlists sourced from new releases to accommodate different client bases* Provides feedback on the catalogue as well as ideas for the development of new releases based on production trends and client requests* Seeking out potential clients for new business opportunities* Maintaining existing client relationships in television, radio and advertising* Sourcing new labels, artists and composers and adding them to our music catalogue. * Increasing music users, downloads, searches and licensing requests.* Analysing user data to identify opportunities to increase licenses and focus marketing activity more effectively* Close liaison with clients to ensure music rights are cleared appropriately* Regular creation of digital marketing material such as online newsletters

* Responsible for increasing customer loyalty and sales by delivering the business standards of effective and efficient services at the registers, service desk and store entry* Foster a team culture, ensuring good communication and information sharing with team members* Provide feedback, advice and input to other members of the management team* Planning and utilising cost effective rostering to reflect forecasted sales* Arrange training for team members on company policies and procedures and systems where necessary

* Speedy resolution of customer transaction, queries, complaints, returns and exchanges at the registers and service desk* Managing register staff and delegating tasks* Implementing training of new register operators* Conducting interviews with prospective employees and deciding their role within the store
