• Determine if requests to bill meet revenue requirements
• Coordinate with Sales, Sales Ops, and Collections to resolve any discrepancies or disputes that would involve issuing credits or invoice revisions

• Process contract deductions or payments from vendors
• Respond to vendor inquiries and disputes and directing to appropriate department for resolution
• Process payments made out to Marketing department
• Make adjusting journal entries when needed as they related to non-trade AR
