Licensed Optician since 1987 .I own and operated my own office and have since 1991, It is called Village Opticians located in Whiting, NJ. I am a businessman and owned numerous businesses within and outside this industry. Over the years I've taken a bigger role with Optikam. I strongly believe in the product and as a consultant I feel every office that sells glasses should have this software. It increases business, reduces fitting errors and produces a perception that is essential in today competitive market. The lenses we sell today and the tools we use to must go hand and hand, otherwise there is a disconnect to the customer and the products that are being sold. Personalized and digital lenses can not be seen as a commodity and I believe should not be measured by a .99 cent sharpie and a pupilometer.
